RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We understand shopping online can be tricky sometimes. We want you to feel confident shopping with us — if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

CHANGE OF MIND
We offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Items are in re-saleable condition, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Items are not excluded from change of mind returns (see below)

Please note the following items are not eligible for change of mind returns: bath and body products, skincare, pierced jewellery, personalised items, and gift cards.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, please email us at hello@saltandtideco.com.au to organise a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. This applies to manufacturing faults only, not general wear and tear.

EXCHANGES
All items must have tags still on, be unworn, and in original brand condition to be eligible for an exchange. If we don't have the correct size or style in stock to offer an exchange, we'll issue a store credit for the amount paid. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return postage to send the item back is at the customer's expense.

HYGIENE
For hygiene reasons, we're unable to offer exchanges or store credit on pierced jewellery, underwear, socks, or swimwear, unless the item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer. Shoes returned for exchange must be unworn and in the original shoe box with the packaging intact.

STORE CREDIT
Store credit issued on a return or exchange will reflect the price you paid for the item (if a discount was applied or the item was on sale, store credit will not exceed the amount paid). Once your store credit is approved, you'll receive a code to use with no expiry date — please keep it handy, as we issue these regularly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty
