SHIPPING
We pack and post every order from our Warrnambool boutique on Liebig Street. Orders are sent out within 1–3 business days, depending on peak times and during sales.
SHIPPING POLICY: At Salt & Tide Co, we ship Australia-wide to bring our boutique to you wherever you are. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to you.
PROCESSING TIMES: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING RATES:
- Standard Shipping Flat Rate – $12.95 – 1–3 business days
- Express Shipping – $15.95 – 1–2 business days
- FREE SHIPPING ON ALL AUS ORDERS OVER $150
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once a parcel leaves Salt & Tide Co, it becomes the property of Australia Post. If your parcel doesn't arrive within the expected delivery window, we'll do everything we can to track it down for you. Contact us at hello@saltandtideco.com.auif you experience any delays.
Every parcel is sent with tracking details emailed as soon as it's posted.

We pick and pack fast to get your order to you quickly, which means we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you've made a mistake, message us straight away — if it hasn't been packed yet, we'll do our best to help.
